Court House.
This large country house (a near neighbour of Delarden House also featured in this category) was purchased by Haworth King’s clients Mr & Mrs John Slater in 2004.
Located in landscaped grounds of 2 acres in the prime Moor Park area of Farnham, Court House was probably constructed in the late 1930’s but had undergone little or no maintenance or change since the 1950’s.
After a £0.5 million construction and refurbishment programme the house was ready for re-occupation in the Spring of 2005.
The works, under the design and supervision of Haworth King, included extensive remodelling internally, a large two storey extension and a new three car garage with hobbies room above, together with external works and new private treatment plant.
Now a distinguished gated property, the refurbishment included new mechanical and electrical installations, new painted hardwood double glazed windows throughout, new kitchen and bathrooms and new natural oak floors and doors.
