Residential Projects

Beavers Road, Farnham (now known as Blenheim Mews)

An outline application was submitted to Waverley Borough Council on behalf of clients Flavia Estates Limited in January 2004 and a revised second application was submitted in June 2004.

The project involved the construction of 12 dwellings planned around a central landscaped communal garden and summerhouse on a town centre site.

The application was supported by the planning officers, who recommended that the scheme should be approved as “the project offered a good urban design solution which maximised the efficiency with which the land is used”.

The planning committee refused the application in October 2004 despite the planning officers' recommendation, and an Appeal to the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister subsequently allowed planning.

Flavia sold their interest in the site to devlopment/construction company MH Group and the project was completed in early 2008.
