Walnut Tree Cottage, North Warnborough, Hampshire
In 2006 on behalf of their clients Mr & Mrs Rae, Haworth King secured Planning Consent and Listed Building Consent for the alterations and additions to this Grade II Listed cottage dating from the mid 17th Century with later additions.
Located immediately outside the settlement envelope of North Warnborough, the property was subject to restrictive planning and conservation policies.
As illustrated by the 3D computer generated images, the project involved a substantial two storey timber frame addition together with some interior remodelling respecting the scale and character of the Listed Building.
