New House at Parkside Farnham.
This new detached family house at Parkside Farnham was commissioned by Mr Brian Shrubsall in 2002.
The new house and detached double garage comprise five bedrooms / four bathrooms (three en suite), with large lounge, family room, dining room, breakfast area / kitchen on a 0.2 hectare site overlooking Farnham Park.
The site conditions demanded driven piles and rc ground beam foundations. Additionally special tree preservation measures were necessitated in order to protect the large mature beech and oak trees on the eastern boundary.
