Haworth King was commissioned by Bredero Homes for the residential development of a small town centre site in Epsom, adjacent to the Playhouse Theatre and the Ashley shopping centre.
The scheme comprised a mixture of flats and maisonettes in a three storey configuration with on site car parking accessed off South Street.
The scheme was short-listed for a Civic Design Award.
