Pendik, The Ridgeway, Farnham (now known as Edenwood Heights)
Haworth King were commissioned by Mrs Brewer and advised by Hamptons International in respect of the proposed residential development in The Ridgway, Farnham.
The location, close to local facilities, the Langham Recreation Ground and Farnham Town Centre was considered suitable for residential development.
The project involved the demolition of an existing Edwardian house and the planning of new two and three bedroom apartments in two blocks, together with associated car parking and landscaping.
Planning consent was secured at Appeal in 2005 for nine apartments, 4 x 2 bedroom, 4 x 3 bedroom and a penthouse.
Our client sold the site to Premier Properties Limited who developed the project, completing in June 2007 with most units sold “off paper” during construction.
