This development completed in 1988 for Monogram Properties Limited in collaboration with Pensioner Trustees (London) Limited was a "nursery" scheme for small businesses constructed to shell only.
The scheme provided six small starter units from 800 to 2,000 ft2, with on site car parking.
The small triangular shaped site is located beside the River Wey in the middle of the thriving Mill Lane Industrial Estate.
The units were sold freehold to small emerging businesses for use as design studios and electronic engineering.
