Omega Park, Alton, Hampshire. For Monogram Properties PLC.
The development of this 12 acre business park in Alton was undertaken within a master plan designed by Haworth King and project managed by Monogram Properties PLC.
The project involved the design and implementation of the infrastructure to this green field site and the construction of a number of individual light industrial, high tech and office buildings, planned within the framework of a landscaped site.
A number of other architectural practices were involved in the design of individual buildings in collaboration with Haworth King, notably John Graham Associates.
The completed business park involved the construction of approximately 200,000ft2 over an 18 month period, creating new employment opportunities in this part of North Hampshire.
